Return & Refund Policy

We take great care and pride in crafting and packaging each Morselle fragrance.

Due to the nature of perfume products, refunds are only offered if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

1. No Returns for Personal Reasons

To maintain product safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personal reasons, included but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal scent preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Unused or unopened products

  • Buyer’s remorse of any kind

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives broken, leaking, physically damaged, or if you received the wrong product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Contact Form.

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photo of the outer shipping box

  • Photo of the shipping label

Once verified, we will issue either:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

We aim to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

If a package is marked “delivered” by UPS but cannot be found, please contact UPS directly to initiate a claim.

 

We will assist where possible, but refunds cannot be issued for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

4. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing.
